Maxi Support Sdn. Bhd. was established in 1992 and is headquartered in Alor Star, Kedah, Malaysia. With over 30 years of experience, the company specializes in the export and manufacturing of high-quality gloves for medical, household, and industrial applications. We are committed to delivering products that meet and exceed international standards for safety, performance, and reliability.

Product Portfolio

Our core products include:

Powder-free nitrile butadiene gloves (blue, non-sterile, polymer-coated or chlorinated, finger-textured), compliant with ASTM D6319 (Class 1), PPE Category 3, and EU Regulation 2016/425 for protection against chemicals and microorganisms.
Natural rubber latex examination gloves (powdered and powder-free).
Household, garden, and industrial gloves.
Chlorinated latex and nitrile gloves for the household and medical industry.

These gloves meet strict international standards, including Directives 93/42/EEC and 2007/47/CEE, and EN 455 Parts 1–4, with an AQL of 1.5 for medical and dental use.

Intellectual Property & Innovation

Maxi Support owns the intellectual property for the Duramitt® and Duraglove® brands, which are patented and trademarked in over 50 countries, including the United States, Australia, New Zealand, the European Community, South America, and Asia. These innovative cleaning mitts feature a cleaning surface (such as a scourer or sponge) attached to a latex glove, offering enhanced convenience and protection against harsh detergents or other corrosive cleaning chemicals.

Manufacturing Facilities

Our manufacturing facility, commissioned in September 2000, is located on a 2.5-acre site with a built-up area of 70,000 square feet.

Key production capabilities include:

Annual output of 2.5 million Duramitts® and Duragloves®.
Chlorination of 2 million gloves per month.
A dedicated dipping line for 65 cm long supported nitrile gloves intended for industrial use.
Upcoming expansion plans to install new glove dipping lines, with a projected output of 1 billion nitrile gloves per year.

Most production processes are managed in-house to ensure quality and efficiency.

Quality Assurance & Certifications

Maxi Support operates under an ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, ensuring consistent quality control at every stage, from raw material inspection to final product testing. We also engage independent inspectors to verify product quality before shipment.

The physical properties of Maxi Support’s gloves not only meet but exceed international standards, offering superior durability and resistance to tearing.

Safety & Chemical Compliance

Maxi Support uses only approved chemicals in its glove production and avoids substances known or suspected to cause skin irritation.

The company employs:

A long leaching system to ensure thorough removal of residual chemicals.
Systematic temperature control and regulated water in leaching tanks for optimal chemical washing.
